Returns/Exchanges

Penelope Jane & Co. Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive the item. If you are local then your return time period will start 5 days after your purchase. To initiate an return please email info@penelopejaneandco.com with the order/item number.

Returning Items: When the item is received and inspected, you will receive a credit to your account. When you add items to your cart, you will have the option to use your credit on your account. The credit will be deducted from your total.

Exchanging items: We can not guarantee exchanges due to the limited availability of item/sizes. Once your credit is issued you are able to use it for an exchange of sizes if that is what you want to do.

All returns must be unworn, free of stains, pet hair and odors and all original tags attached.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be returned for credit. All sale items greater than 30% can not be returned.

Shipping: You will be responsible for all shipping on exchanges and returns.

Refunds: At this time we are unable to give refunds. If you have an issue with your item please email us and we will attempt to make it right.
